Behringer Canada Opens New Service Centers

Los Angeles, Calif., Feb. 27, 2001 -- Behringer Canada announced that it has opened two new service centers to expedite product repairs. In addition to DDL in Halifax, Behringer Canada's primary service center, the company has contracted two new facilities for repair service. BDJ will service units in Quebec from its location in Montreal, while Backline Music in Vancouver will provide service for western Canada.

Canadian customers with units in need of servicing should contact their Behringer dealer, whether the unit is under warranty or not. Dealers are required to contact the Halifax facility for an RA number and service center routing instructions. The units are returned to the dealer when the repairs are complete, usually within five business days.

Technicians at BDJ and Backline Music attended a rigorous training program at the factory in Willich, Germany. During training they are introduced to the design philosophy and learn the history of the product line in order to understand the products more thoroughly.
