Bias Releases Peak 4.1

(Mar. 08, 2004) -- Bias has released Peak 4.1, which the company previously announced back in January. The new version includes Roxio Jam and SFX Machine LT. It's available now for Mac OS X.

Peak is an audio editing and mastering suite. The new 4.1 version includes Roxio Jam and SFX Machine LT. Peak itself includes ImpulseVerb, a convolution-based reverb with more than 250 MB of sampled room environments; Harmonic Rotate; Vbox multi-effects matrix; Sqweez compressor/limiter; Freq 4 band paragraphic EQ; 25 additional VST effects; and support for Audio Units. With SFX Machine LT, the software adds 21 new presets, such as Multi-Vox 3, RoboTalk, BackwardsFragment 5, Jimi Echo, Triggered Wah+Dist and others.
