Dallas, Texas, September 7, 2000 -- The Audio Consortium announces the AudioSensor DAAD. This is the first hybrid 24/96 recording solution designed with the audiophile in mind. Under software control, the user has enhanced flexibility over standard hard disk recorders. As a computer system, the DAAD is flexible enough to run all of your software needs. Yet this device can be part of a high-end audio system without unwanted interference. Special care has been taken to isolate sensitive components from RF and other forms of interference. A specially designed 1/4 " aluminum on composite chassis assures excellent resonance capabilities. The vigorously shielded power supply maximize sonic benefits.

Use the DAAD to record any suitable source, at 24 bit and 96kHz. Use the microphone feeds to record live performances. Play DVD movies with the optional DVD drive. Use as a 24/96 CD player or to make CDs with the optional CD-R drive. See http://theaudioconsortium.com/Products/ProductDAAD.htm for more details.
