Palo Alto, Calif., September 18th, 2000 -- Thanks to the folks at Underground Sound, Inc. in Nashville TN, McDSP engineering has had the opportunity to measure and create presets of Underground's Fairchild 670 (USI-670 for short) for the McDSP CompressorBank plug-In.

"This effort was made possible by USI entirely!", says McDSP founder Colin McDowell. "It was great to have the 670 in here - and the presets speak for themselves. Needless to say we're very pleased with the emulating ability of the CompressorBank plug-In."

The presets are downloadable from our website currently, and will be included in the next revision of CompressorBank.

McDSP plug-Ins support all Digidesign plug-In formats; the TDM, AudioSuite (AS) and Real-Time AudioSuite (RTAS) versions are bundled into one plug-In. The FilterBank and CompressorBank plug-Ins retail at $495 each. The new MC2000 plug-In retails at $595.
