Rellingen, Germany,
June 30, 2000 -- The EXS24 is a fully featured polyphonic software sampler
that runs under Logic Audio and MicroLogic AV. It is capable of reading
popular existing sample formats. Its resolution can be between 8 and 24
Bits with sample rates up to 96 kHz, making the EXS24 one of the first samplers
to support 24 Bit 96 kHz formats. All this power is easily handled via an
intuitive user interface providing specially designed controls, allowing
the adjustment of multiple parameters at once. Up to 16 EXS24, each with
up to 64 voices, can be used simultaneously - depending on computer power.
In addition, the EXS24 provides such sought-after features as non-destructive
crossfade-loops and non-destructive reverse mode, as well as sample accurate
timing and access to plug-ins and automation through integration in Logic
Audio's mixer.
It may be possible that the installation of the EXS24 fails on computers
running Mac OS 8.6 with an error message that System 8.6.1 is required.
If this happens use the patch that you can download from our website.
