Santa Rosa, Calif., May 12, 2000 -- Swissonic is happy to announce that the ASIO driver for USB Studio (MacOS) is available now.  This ASIO driver has been tested successfully on different Macintosh computers with a variety of  digital audio programs.

Swissonic's USB Studio D

The USB Studio can be used with the standard Microsoft USB audio driver for Windows 98/2000 as well as with the current Mac OS 9.0 sound manager.

USB Studio is the first innovation of Swissonic to support the popular USB interface. The USB Studio is not only a clever way to get audio into the computer, it is also a complete mixer that connects all audio sources in a typical home recording studio.

As an extension of the USB Studio, Swissonic offers the USB Studio D with additional digital inputs and outputs (optical/coaxial). The digital inputs operate with a sampling frequency range of 32-50 kHz. The volume of the digital input can be adjusted for recording.

The USB Studio and USB Studio D are currently shipping.
